    Cleveland aims to reduce tobacco use through its involvement in the Healthiest Cities and Counties Challenge. Cleveland has developed a new program, Tobacco 21, which prevents stores from selling tobacco products to people under the age of 21. The goal of this program is to limit childhood and teenage addiction in their community.
